Section 1; Binding Statements 

This is a formal document. The reproduction or change of this document is only permitted to those who are part of the Corelux Staff and Development Team. This document shall only be available on websites under Corelux and the reproduction of this document from other sources or persons is prohibited.

Section 2; Defining Terms 

Phrases including the Corelux Development Team or anything related to the topic is defined as a person who actively works on the website and adds things to the website. This tag is removed from a person once they have been inactive for more than 4 months or fired by upper staff for any reason. 

Censorship is defined as anything related to or directly linked to the control of devices or blockage of websites based on an administrative force or organization. The blockage of websites is considered censorship. 

School is defined legally, as a place where students go to learn. Work is defined as anywhere where you contribute and work on projects and gain money for your contribution. Home is defined as anywhere you sleep and keep your belongings. 

Section 3; Legal Statements 

The Corelux Development Team are in no way responsible in how you use the site or where you use it. This includes places such as home, school, work, and other places where authority or censorship is actively present. The Corelux Development Team are in no way responsible for any threatening, doxing, internet violations, or illegal actions this site is used for. The Corelux Development Team are in no way responsible for any disciplinary actions done due to the use of this site. The Corelux Development Team will not be held accountable for any actions promoted or done in connection to this site not directly done by the Corelux development team.

Section 4; User Accountability Agreements 

If you are not part of the Corelux Development Team, you will be held accountable for all actions taken on you due to any form of use of this website. 

Section 5; Third Party Connections 

Third-party applications, devices, or websites are not owned by us. Any links connected to this website which redirect to other sites are not owned, operated, or accounted by us unless directly stated. The use of said third-party applications or software that results in the confiscation of a electronic device, disciplinary actions, or violations, will not be connected to this website. The Corelux Development Team is not responsible in any way for any action of a person on a third-party website that is linked but not part of Corelux Unblocking and Corelux Development. In the event that a disciplinary action is taken due to a person accessing a third-party application or software, we will not be held accountable and legal action is not permitted. In the event that a Corelux Development Team member is removed by request of themselves or immediate action of Corelux Unblocking, the person will be removed from the protections bestowed on them by this binding legal document. They will become accountable for anything said on this website, as well as Sections 1-5.

This Terms of Service Agreement is effective since October 24, 2024.

This Terms of Service Agreement is bound to and subject to change.
